Parfums De Luzy

De Luzy, established in 1917 at 5 rue Ybry, Neuilly (Seine), by Progalia SA .

In addition to perfumes and toilet waters, De Luzy also manufactured cosmetics such as their famous face cream, called Creme de Luzy which came out in 1925 and their fabulous face powder and rouge. However, the company spent most of its money on advertising and presentation and did not turn a profit. The company was liquidated in 1925.
