Tatiana by Diane von Furstenberg c1975

Tatiana by Diane von Fürstenberg: launched in 1974. The fragrance was named after her daughter and produced by the perfumers at Roure.

Fragrance Composition:

So what does it smell like? It is classified as a rich floral fragrance for women. Floral: combines heart notes of precious woods with a heady floral bouquet of gardenia and tuberose accented with delicate nuances of hyacinth. It starts with a flowery top, followed by a jasmine stressed heart, resting on a subdued powdery, floral base. Tatiana is very strong and lasting, and has powerful diffusion probably too much of it for those users who do not like to project.
  • Top notes: bergamot, lilac, hyacinth, rosewood, green note, orange blossom
  • Middle notes: ylang ylang, lily of the valley, jonquil, honeysuckle, gardenia, jasmine, narcissus, rose and tuberose
  • Base notes: amber, musk, civet and sandalwood

Diane Von Furstenberg stated in 1974 that she wanted the perfume to smell like "fresh cut flowers after a rain that I remember from childhood."
