Navy by Cover Girl c1990

Navy was launched in 1990 in collaboration with Cover Girl, a division of the Noxell Corporation. Procter & Gamble's acquisition of Noxell in October 1989 paved the way for this expansion of their product portfolio, with Navy perfume becoming one of the notable additions.
