Became Henri Euziere et Cie in 1920 at Pont du Loup, Grasse, also known as Les Parfums d'Euziére.

Nicole Altair Perfumes

Nicole Altair, Inc. of Paris; launched a range of fragrances around 1948 based on the four seasons of the year. Charles Leo Phillippe Altair, Nicole's husband was engaged in perfume manufacturing at Nicole Altair Inc. for 13 years.

Nicole Altair presented two perfume sets: Four Seasons and Two Seasons. The Four Seasons set included all four of the seasons themed perfumes, each set in a lucite rack and fitted with a lucite cover The Two Seasons set included just two perfumes also set in a lucite rack with cover.

Alphonse Gravier Perfumes

A. Gravier of Paris, and 6 rue Casimir-Pinel, Neuilly (Seine) France. Established around 1880 by Alphonse Gravier at 83 rue du Temple in Paris. His company became very important after the introduction of Dr. Peterson and Salutine health products: toothpaste, soaps and perfumes.

Roger Thirion et Cie

Roger Jean Thirion et Cie Perfumes was located in Paris, they launched fragrances in 1925. Stendhal was a French cosmetic brand which was founded in 1946 by Roger Thirion. To his incense, to his jasmines, join, to be complete, the creams, of M. Roger Thirion, distinguished cosmetologist, who, faithful to the sign of his choice (Stendhal Beauté), calls his products Fabrice, Cream of Parma, Florence cream.

M. Delieuvin, subtitled Parfumerie Le Chardon Bleu, established in Paris France around 1900, their office was located at 20-22 rue de Strasbourg, Vitry-sur-Seine. Supplier to the Imperial Court of Russia. They continued selling into the 1960s.

Fontanis & Madhva Perfumes

FONTANIS:

Fontanis of Paris and Neuilly France, established in 1919 by Daniel Jaquet 38 boulevard de le Saussaye, Neuilly-sur-Seine, also the founder of Madhva in 1923. The company manufactured perfumes and cosmetics. The short-lived business was sold to Volnay in 1927. The last two perfumes, Prelude and Blue Îles were in association with Volnay.

One of the goals of this website is to show the present owners of the various perfumes and cologne brands that are featured here how much we miss the discontinued classics and hopefully, if they see that there is enough interest and demand, they will bring back these fragrances!
